The strength of Kathia’s Kids lies in our collaborative spirit. Our US-based Board of Directors provides the strategic governance and oversight necessary to ensure our mission remains focused and sustainable. Working alongside them, we are proud to be supported by a dedicated volunteer committee on the ground in Haiti. These local partners are the heartbeat of our work, providing invaluable insights and ensuring that our programs are deeply rooted in the needs of the families we serve.
While our board handles the administration, our Haiti-based team turns that vision into reality. Together, we are united by a singular purpose: to create lasting, positive change for the children and families of Haiti. We are honored to hold this responsibility and are grateful for the trust you place in us as we work toward a brighter, more sustainable future.

Kathia's Kids Foundation for Haiti is governed by an independent Board of Directors responsible for providing strategic leadership, financial oversight, and stewardship of the organization's charitable mission.
The Board works to ensure that the Foundation operates with integrity, accountability, and transparency while advancing programs that support vulnerable children and families in Haiti through education, health initiatives, family support, and community-based assistance.

Members of the Board of Directors serve on a volunteer basis and receive no compensation for their service to the Foundation.
